Content Creation and Social Media Management
Responsible for all social channels (Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, YouTube) and deployment of social assets, community management and engagement, and copywriting, monthly and quarterly reporting, social calendar and overall social strategy
Supported new product launches with teaser assets leading up to launch and product education assets post-launch
Collaborated with influencers and co-founders to develop original, social-native content series across Instagram Live, Stories, and in-feed posts. Wrote educational blogs to accompany social posts
Influencer Management, UGC Sourcing, and Product Seeding
Managed network of 400+ influencers and content creators, including identification, outreach, briefing, negotiation and contracts, campaign management, asset delivery, creative edits, order fulfillment, evergreen product seeding program to boost brand awareness and new product launch campaigns
Developed internal systems to catalogue all influencers and relevant information, manage sends and content delivery
Developed and organized internal library of all UGC collected
Marketing Asset Creation
Creation and delivery of marketing assets including PDPs and landing pages on Huron website, physical mailers included with orders and direct mail campaigns, paid social ads, OOH assets
Shoot Assistant
Curated mood boards and shoot inspiration, provided on-set and remote creative feedback, on-site support for photoshoots, captured behind-the-scenes assets for social, assisted with set decoration
Community Events
Organized in-person community events in partnership with local businesses and organizations, owned coordination and event set-up, captured social assets, leveraged brand Slack community, social channels, and influencer partners
Brand Collaborations and Retail Partner Support
Supported retail and brand partners internally and externally, edited and provided web and social copy and assets according to Huron and partner guidelines using Adobe Photoshop

Coordinated multi-brand giveaways, responsible for deployment across owned social channels, email collection, coordinated delivery of prizes
