Content Creation and Social Media Management
Managed established organic Instagram presence and launched Twitter/X, Facebook, and YouTube channels. Saw +175% growth of overall social audience. Daily responsibilities included overall social strategy, creation and management of content calendar, creation and publishing of social assets, copywriting, development of brand voice, community management and engagement, social listening, and monthly and quarterly reporting.
Further supported new product launches with dedicated social campaigns including teaser assets leading up to launch and product education post-launch across social and blog posts. Sourced and collaborated with influencers and co-founders to develop original, digital-native content series across Instagram Live, Stories, and in-feed posts.
Influencer Management, UGC Sourcing, and Product Seeding
Managed a network of 400+ influencers and content creators including identification, outreach, briefing, contract negotiation, campaign management, creative edits, asset delivery, order fulfillment, and an evergreen product seeding program to boost brand awareness and new product launch campaigns. Evergreen product seeding program increased revenue via social by +344% YoY. This required the development of an internal influencer database to manage product sends, outreach, and content delivery, as well as an internal library of all UGC collected.
Marketing Asset Creation
Created branded marketing assets including PDPs and landing pages on the Huron website, physical mailers included with orders and direct mail campaigns, paid social ads, and OOH wheatpastings.
Shoot Assistant
Curated mood boards and shoot inspiration, provided on-set and remote creative feedback as well as on-site support for photoshoots, captured behind-the-scenes photo and video for social, and assisted with set decoration.
Community Events
Organized in-person community events in partnership with local businesses and organizations to boost brand awareness and support product launches, leveraging the brand Slack community, social channels, and influencer partners. Owned event coordination and set-up and captured photo and video for social assets.
Brand Collaborations and Retail Partner Support
Supported retail and brand partners internally and externally, including J. Crew, Madewell, Urban Outfitters, and Bonobos. Edited and delivered web and social copy and assets according to Huron and partner guidelines, and coordinated product fulfillment for in-person events. Organized quarterly multi-brand giveaways, responsible for deployment across owned social channels, email collection, and delivery of prizes.
