Content Creation and Social Media Management
Managed TickPick’s organic Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Reddit channels with an audience of over 800k followers across platforms. Over the course of one year, these channels received over 58M+ views, 109k new followers, and generated $1.7M in GTV. My daily responsibilities included creating and maintaining a social content calendar, creating original social assets and collaborating with content partners, community management across all organic and paid social posts, social listening and trend identification, copywriting, and monthly and quarterly analytics reporting. Additionally, I launched the @purely.concerts TikTok account, dedicated to live music content and owned all research, scripting, editing, posting, and served as the talent (examples available here, here, here, here, oh and here, too.)
My role also required working with upper management and the internal growth team to support brand-wide KPIs and ensure social was aligned with overall marketing strategy. I regularly collaborated with our product team to launch in-app giveaways to drive app downloads and increase both brand awareness and ticket sales. These giveaways were supported across organic social with entertainment and educational videos. I further supported product updates on social with educational content, worked with co-founders to create brand-forward content, and developed organic social assets to be repurposed for paid social.
Creator and Influencer Partnerships
In addition to managing the organic social presence, I identified creators and influencers to partner with, including sourcing creative, scripting, contract negotiation, providing feedback for creative edits, and the delivery of final assets for both paid and organic social. I managed multiple long-term partnerships and relationships, and developed an internal creator database and campaign tracking system (examples: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5).
On a weekly basis, I worked with external contracted content creators to produce our evergreen street interview series including weekly delivery of topics and questions, occasionally assisting on shoots, and developing a college campus creator network (examples: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6). Additional work across creator partnerships included collaborating with relevant accounts for posts tailored to specific audience demographics, gifting in-app ticket credit to creators in exchange for organic social posts to boost brand awareness, and managing creator campaigns to support NFL partnership launches.
Brand Partnerships
Across larger brand partnerships, I assisted in the ideation and execution of in-stadium brand activations across NFL partnerships. I further supported partnership launches across socials and delivered branded assets to partners according to brand guidelines and platform requirements.
